Remember sitting in class dying for summer to come so you could go to an amusement park? You could finally go on some crazy rides, spend the better part of your meager cash playing pinball in the arcade and then fill your stomach with sweet fattening treats. Well, the chance has come again in the form of 3-D Ultra Pinball: Thrillride with 15 rides and some extra surprises.

3-D Ultra Pinball: Thrillride, published by Sierra Attractions, is actually based on Hersheypark, located in Pennsylvania. There are two different zones, five permanent rides and a crazy snack shop, all of which must be unlocked by hitting specific key areas. Gameplay requires a certain amount of finesse (coordination) and not too much nudging, otherwise it'll tilt. If you successfully light the word "THRILLRIDE" a special Lights Out event becomes available.

The game accommodates four players taking turns on the same machine but doesn't provide network or Internet gameplay. However, if you have Internet access, the game comes with links to the 3-D Ultra Pinball: Thrillride website as well as a link to the Hersheypark home page. A video about the theme park is also included, to whet your appetite for a real-life visit. So, pony up to the table, thrill seeker -- it's time to stop dreaming and start playing
